Solidago rigida, Stiff Goldenrod Seed Balls

A late-season powerhouse for pollinators. A stand of Solidago rigida will attract beneficial native bees, honeybees, butterflies, and other pollinators. It reaches 4 feet. The clustered yellow flowers bloom September and October. They provide nectar for pollinators and a beautiful splash of color to the drab late-fall landscape.  It is a prominent native throughout much of the US.

Goldenrod should be planted outdoors in the Fall.
