Kale Seed Balls

  • 1150

Kale has been around since the 5th century BC and is thought to be the living ancestor of cabbage, which was bred in the middle ages from the kale with the most tender young leaves. Kale is experiencing a surge in popularity, as its health benefits and versatility are being rediscovered and shared over the internet.

These seed balls contain a mix of Dinosaur Kale, and Russian Red Kale. Both are attractive and hearty and delicious plants.

Like all our veggies, these are non-GMO.

Directions:

  1. Pick a spot that gets good sun.
  2. Plant after the risk of frost, but before Mid June.
  3. Sow kale seed balls 18 inches apart as shown on the picture to the left (it's also on the package).
  4. Water when the soil gets dry.
